Job summary

Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC is seeking a Swing Shift Production Supervisor in Spokane, WA. The role directs production activities and leads Production Leads and Assemblers, applying Truly Human Leadership to improve schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will balance mechanical knowledge with operations management, communicate across teams, and drive safety, CI and housekeeping projects. Bachelor’s or an equivalent leadership track is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing.
• Associates degree with 3 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production activities for the assigned area.
• Lead Production Leads and Assemblers and develop team through Barry-Wehmiller’s leadership model.
• Improve KPIs related to schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in safety, CI, and housekeeping initiatives.
