Job summary

LeanTeq Co., Ltd. in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor and troubleshoot production processes, improve safety and efficiency, and train new employees.

You will update work schedules and manage production results through ERP systems, ensuring quality standards are met. Key duties include directing subordinates, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Customer Service, and participating in leadership training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Committed, self-motivated with ownership of tasks.
• Knowledge of production processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Trains, directs and develops subordinates to meet operating, safety and quality requirements within the department and/or area.
• Supervises production staff to ensure product quality and integrity and ensures all finished product meets or exceeds customer requirements.
• Trains and develops production staff regarding policies, procedures, and related responsibilities; ensures certification for new employees is completed in a timely manner.
• Schedules workforce to support production needs, ensuring efficient production processes and allowing team members to leverage downtime for other activities or training.
• Works closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Customer Service to execute the operating plan.
• Participates in leadership training to build on knowledge and management skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
