Job summary

STC Material Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to oversee safe, efficient operations across multiple departments, driving continuous improvement in quality, delivery, uptime, and cost. You will partner with the Manufacturing Engineering team to stabilize processes and reduce waste while meeting daily targets and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes safety training, leadership development, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or equivalent; preference for planning & logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive Lean / continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and coordinate multiple departments to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to stabilize and improve processes and reduce waste.
• Report performance metrics to leaders and adjust workflows to hit daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure safety training and regulatory compliance across the plant.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and on-time delivery through process changes.
