Job summary

Vestas Windsor Blades Factory is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations across day and night shifts. You will translate business goals into action, drive Lean initiatives, ensure safety, and develop high-performing teams aligned with quality and delivery targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and engineering to sustain production flow and

Qualifications

GED or high school diploma required.
3+ years of leadership in manufacturing/production.
Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with ERP/MRP and manufacturing software.
Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and 5S.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
Plan workforce and allocate resources to satisfy production needs.
Coach hourly employees and team leads; conduct performance discussions.
Drive Lean and 5S initiatives; lead problem solving and root cause analysis.
Ensure safety, quality and process compliance; maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and HR.
Deliver timely production reporting and maintain standard work.
