Job summary

Vestas Windsor is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for blade production, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will translate goals into actions and develop frontline teams across shifts.

The candidate will have 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, experience with ERP/MRP systems, MS Office, and Lean/5S, and a proven track record in coaching hourly staff and sustaining continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production setting.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Coordinate shifts and ensure workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Drive Lean initiatives, 5S, root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Maintain data integrity in manufacturing systems and reports.
• Coach and develop hourly employees and team leads.
