Job summary

Vestas is seeking Production Team Members for 12-hour evening shifts (6pm-6am) at the Windsor, Colorado facility. You will work on fiberglass blade components for the wind turbine industry, ensuring safety and quality as you assemble parts into complete units.

The role requires a High School diploma/GED, 2 years in a fast-paced environment, and 6–12 months in manufacturing. English communication is essential; benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of work history in a fast-paced, physical environment preferred.
• 6–12 months of related manufacturing experience (composites) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with a strong commitment to safety.
• Assemble components per Work Process Instructions and fit parts.
• Meet production benchmarks within timeframes and assist team objectives.
• Lift, position, and move material; load, stack and transport materials.
• Read and translate Work Process Instructions into task execution.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
