Legrand is seeking a Global Manufacturing and Operational Excellence Director to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Global Operations, this leader will deploy OpEx initiatives across three sites (US/UK/Singapore) and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0, lead NPI integration, develop a CI roadmap, and build capability through OpEx training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Operational Excellence initiatives across three sites (US, UK, Singapore).
• Drive digital manufacturing transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, and smart factory programs globally.
• Own the NPI process to integrate new products globally.
• Promote lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and visual management across sites.
• Develop OpEx training and leadership development using Legrand Way tools.
• Create a CI roadmap and improve Visual Factory with dashboards.
• Manage annual OpEx budget including productivity savings and CapEx.
• Drive accountability and KPI performance across safety, quality, delivery, and costs.
• Perform diagnostics and data-driven improvement plans.
• Partner with Quality on issues and governance; manage Master Data ownership.
• Travel 20-30% domestically/internationally (UK, Singapore).
• Performs other duties as required.
