Key responsibilities include leading lean initiatives, coordinating with operations and planning teams, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years directing an hourly or manufacturing workforce.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations and staff.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to meet goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods.
