You will ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting commitments and supporting ongoing process and product development. Proficiency with Workday and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, educating, and mentoring on performance.
• Ideally 2+ years lean manufacturing experience and ability to apply lean concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to meet commitments while improvements are made.
• Review and submit payroll hours weekly and handle exception hours.
