• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations leadership preferred, with 3+ years leading Supervisors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data driven mentality.
• Experience scaling production output to meet growing business demands while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the value stream and meet production commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and kaizen events.
• Coach and mentor supervisory staff and manage budgets and staffing.
