Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan and coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and safety across the plant in Columbus, GA.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to optimize processes. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and a Lean/Safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Green or Black Belt preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour training preferred.
• Solid communication skills (verbal, written).
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations; safety oriented.
• Lean principles and ISO quality systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
• Lead and develop plant employees to meet production goals.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation across all production processes.
• Monitor production schedules and KPIs; address delays and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
• Supervise maintenance planning to ensure timely equipment service.
• Foster an inclusive safety-focused work culture.
