Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive safety, lean initiatives, and performance across multiple manufacturing locations. You will oversee budgeting, planning, and cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals and ensure operational excellence.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, cost management, and continuous improvement, with willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or closely related discipline.
• Master’s degree in business administration, manufacturing, or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety-first culture across multiple locations.
• Develop budgets and cost of sales to meet financial objectives.
• Lead manufacturing operations and infrastructure for assigned facilities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to achieve objectives and policy compliance.
• Advance lean transformation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize planning and scheduling.
