Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a proactive Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure on-time delivery of quality products, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor. • Experience with preprocessing operations (material preparation, cutting, staging) and process setup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Proven ability to manage production KPIs, use manufacturing ERP systems, and analyze production data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards (ISO, IATF 16949, or equivalent).
