Job summary

Woodweb is seeking a Production Manager to lead all operational production activities. The role requires extensive experience in lean manufacturing, quality control, and people leadership.

You will oversee production staff, plan resource allocation, and drive improvements across processes and SOPs to boost efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include managing launches, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing shipping and inventory while reporting KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of production management experience.
• Five (5) years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Three (3) years of direct people leadership experience in a manufacturing and production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all production staff and related performance management.
• Plan, develop and manage production staffing and workstation assignment.
• Lead production launches and design processes for manufacturing.
• Maintain production data, KPIs and forecasting for SKU planning.
• Oversee maintenance communication and quality control programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP updates for production.
• Lead logistics, shipping and receiving activities for the company.
• Report production metrics to leadership and manage inventory.
