Job summary

CyberCoders in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a leading automotive manufacturing environment. You'll oversee day-to-day production, ensure product quality, maintain schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead supervisors and floor staff, coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance and supply chain, monitor OEE and throughput, manage budget, and ensure compliance with EHS regulations while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering)
• 3+ years of progressive production leadership experience
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing practices
• Background in automotive manufacturing processes
• Hands-on production planning and scheduling experience using ERP/MRP
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office; familiarity with production equipment and maintenance practices

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop production supervisors and floor staff
• Manage production schedules, resources, and workflow for on-time output
• Implement and monitor manufacturing processes, standard work, and quality control
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) to boost productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and supply chain to resolve issues and support new products
• Monitor production metrics (OEE, throughput, downtime) and report to senior management
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
• Manage budget including labor, materials, and equipment costs
