• Lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee assigned production area to maximize profitability, efficiency, and quality.
• Schedule assignments, line balancing, monitor fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and OSHA compliance; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Directly supervise production supervisors and coordinate with other departments.
• Review KPI data, control scrap and overtime, and report results.
