Qualifications

• Supervisor or team leader experience preferred, 3+ years.
• Degree in Business or a 2-year technical degree is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Lean experience a plus and mechanical skills a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality, Productivity, Safety, Delivery, and People metrics for 20-30 production associates.
• Coach employees and provide performance feedback to improve behavior and results.
• Learn production lines and build relationships to coach toward targets.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in metrics and processes.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and safe practices are followed; lead by example.
• Maintain an organized workplace and sustain 5S/W.O. standards.
• Track key metrics daily and share results with the team.
• Provide mechanical support as needed based on skills.
