Job summary

Johnson Controls in York, PA seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Project Lead to steer the site technology roadmap, capital plan, and Lean initiatives. You will guide Manufacturing Engineering teams, drive NA AHU technology roadmap, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution with a focus on quality and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering operations and Lean experience.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication with plant leadership and customers.
• Experience applying DFM and DMAIC approaches.
• Proven track record delivering on time, within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead site technology roadmap and capital plan execution.
• Coach ME team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Drive plant-wide Lean improvements and DMAIC projects.
• Implement OEE tracking and capacity utilization reporting.
• Collaborate with other NA AHU sites to share best practices.
• Mentor leaders and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
