Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Production Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes using Lean methods. The role partners with design, quality, supply chain and operations to ensure efficient, data-driven production and continuous improvement of systems.

The ideal candidate will apply problem-solving and analytical skills, serve as a SME for automation selection, and stay current with industry trends to contribute to Solve’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• GD&T implementation experience and CAD/CAM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Transformational projects like 6S and model cell development.
• Design and refine production spaces and process flows.
• Develop tooling and work instructions to reduce waste.
• Evaluate processes and equipment for improvements.
• Conduct time studies and capacity planning; write SOPs.
• Train operators and technicians on best practices and safety.
