Job summary

The Follow Up Analyst Supervisor at Stellantis coordinates daily plant production control activities, overseeing inbound parts, material inventory accuracy, and supporting production throughput. This role leads a cross-functional team of salaried bargaining employees, handling hiring, training, performance and retention while promoting the Stellantis Production Way.

You will troubleshoot receiving and inventory discrepancies, participate in API audits and E&O mitigation, coordinate with Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge and application.
• Direct the workforce and deliver results on Key Performance Indicators.
• Experience resolving employee conflicts with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manpower management including absenteeism, training, performance and involvement in Stellantis Production Way.
• Troubleshooting and root causing receiving and inventory discrepancies with robust countermeasures to minimize production impact.
• Participating in Inventory Management activities including API audits, E&O mitigation, and Parts Record Integrity.
• Managing and mitigating financial transactions associated with Production Control Operations.
• Interacting with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Production and External Partners to resolve top issues.
• Interacts with bargaining and non-bargaining hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership.
