Job summary

The Production Supervisor at Stellantis will lead small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and ensure team safety, build and train staff, allocate manpower and drive continuous improvement to improve quality, throughput and cost targets.

The role emphasizes relationship building with plant leadership and cross-functional collaboration to meet business metrics and apply SPW processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervision in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong organization, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coach/mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing setting.
• Ensure safety and enforce mandated safety tools and procedures.
• Analyze losses, coordinate World Class Manufacturing activities, and improve zone performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve quality, throughput and cost targets.
• Allocate manpower, train staff, and build teams; lead kaizen activities.
