Job summary

Stellantis Kokomo is seeking a Follow Up Analyst Supervisor to oversee inbound parts management, follow-up, and material inventory accuracy within the plant production control framework.

The role leads a cross-functional team of salaried bargaining employees, handles hiring, training, performance and retention, and participates in Stellantis Production Way lean activities, ensuring production stability while optimizing inventory and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and application
• Direct the workforce and deliver results on KPIs
• Experience resolving employee conflicts with professionalism and integrity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound parts management and follow-up and ensure material inventory accuracy
• Mitigate material inventory concerns to protect plant throughput
• Direct cross-functional team of salaried bargaining employees including hiring, training, performance and retention
• Participate in and promote lean Stellantis Production Way activities
• Interact with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Production and External Partners to resolve top issues
• Engage with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining staff and leadership
