Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage small teams in a high-volume, unionized plant. You will drive safety, allocate manpower, and lead continuous improvement to meet throughput and cost targets.

You will coordinate activities to achieve metrics while applying the Stellantis Production Way (SPW). Responsibilities include ensuring the production plan is met, analyzing issues with other roles, training Team Leaders, and leading kaizen projects focused on safety, cost, quality,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed.
Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills across all plant levels, from hourly to leadership.
Ability to build relationships with plant leadership and customers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter with leadership capability to coach and mentor teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Ensure production plan is met and drive continuous improvement activities.
Lead a team to maintain a safe workplace and enforce safety tools and procedures.
Analyze losses by shift and coordinate World Class Manufacturing activities.
Monitor quality KPIs and guide team leaders to address issues.
Allocate personnel on the line, manage absenteeism, and train teams.
Mobilize support and resources to solve problems and lead kaizen events.
