Job summary

Stellantis NV in Kokomo, IN seeks a Follow Up Analyst Supervisor to support daily production control activities, inbound parts management, and inventory accuracy. You will lead a cross-functional team of bargaining and non-bargaining staff, focusing on lean practices and KPI attainment to sustain plant throughput while mitigating inventory concerns.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners, resolving discrepancies, and driving performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Lean manufacturing knowledge and application.
Direct the workforce and deliver results on Key Performance Indicators.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including MS Office or Google Suite.
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Participate in daily plant production control activities including inbound parts management and follow-up.
Maintain material inventory accuracy and support production throughput.
Manage cross-functional team of salaried bargaining employees, including hiring, training, performance, and retention.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; implement robust countermeasures to minimize production impact.
Engage in Annual Physical Inventory (API) audits and E&O mitigation activities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and External Partners to resolve top issues.
