Job summary

Dawar Consulting seeks a Business Process Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives in a medical device environment. You will drive Lean/Six Sigma projects, map end-to-end processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve quality.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of process improvement leadership, DMAIC mastery, and change-management expertise to deliver sustainable transformations. This is a 2+ year contract in Tucson, AZ with W2 hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects and organizational process transformations.
• Strong skills in process mapping, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, customer service, and cost performance.
• Map and analyze end-to-end business processes and identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Lead large-scale Lean/Six Sigma transformation and process improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions to business problems.
• Develop and support change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Use process maps, dashboards, visual management tools, and performance metrics to communicate progress.
