Job summary

Hyundai Mobis Parts America seeks a qualified Lean/Continuous Improvement Specialist for its Connecticut PDC facility. You will drive hands-on initiatives, partner with warehouse teams, and implement Lean and Six Sigma solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.

The role involves Kaizen facilitation, data analysis, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration with Headquarters and regional teams. Travel is involved, with a typical 8–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in warehousing or distribution centers.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPS and operational excellence programs.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives in operations.
• Project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across PDC and warehouse operations.
• Analyze processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and countermeasures based on data findings.
• Coordinate implementation of new processes, equipment, and standards.
