Job summary

Lisi Medical Jedopa Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead lean initiatives across manufacturing and support functions in Garden Grove, CA.

In this role, you will drive Kaizen events, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver cost and productivity improvements. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HSE to establish a culture of continuous improvement, while presenting results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years manufacturing/lean experience preferred.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Lean strategy development and execution.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate Kaizen events (5-day team-based).
• Lead cross-functional teams through problem solving and countermeasures.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Apply Lean tools: 5S, VSM, Standard Work, Visual Management, PDCA.
• Develop current/future state maps and implementation plans.
• Coach and train teams in Lean principles and problem-solving.
