Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Center Valley-based professional to join the Global Process Improvement team within Corporate Operations. In this role, you will partner with leaders across functions to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and quality.

You'll apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methods, coach teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate waste, standardize work, and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years professional experience with 1+ years in Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Change Management.
• Ability to teach and coach foundational CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of LPS pillars: standard work, visual management, 5S, process auditing, and problem solving.
• Collaborate with CI Champions to support cross-functional initiatives and project measurement.
• Develop sustainable improvement capabilities through coaching and education.
• Drive adoption of tools and methods by reinforcing their value proposition.
• Assist leadership with improvement goals, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain improvement plans spanning Purchasing, Materials Management, Planning, Logistics.
• Prepare and present improvement proposals with cost-benefit analyses and risk mitigation.
• Lead CI initiatives using measurement, accountability, analysis, and solution discussions.
• Develop communications showing financial and performance benefits of improvements.
• Manage execution against milestones, inter-dependencies, risk, and cross-team collaboration.
• Assist with change management to implement new processes and systems.
