Job summary

Jazwares in Plantation, FL, seeks a Manager of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) to lead operational excellence across the organization. You will drive DMAIC projects, map value streams, and partner with IT/Data and BI to automate workflows, reducing manual effort and cycle time.

The role requires 7+ years in CPI or process automation, Lean Six Sigma certification, and strong stakeholder management. Remote options and structured career growth are available within Jazwares’ dynamic toy-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in continuous process improvement, operational excellence, or process automation.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Experience partnering with BI and cross-functional teams
• Experience with RACI frameworks and process automation/BI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Facilitate value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and design future-state workflows.
• Assess processes to identify manual, redundant workflows creating risk or delays.
• Partner with IT/Data and BI to automate manual workflows (RPA, workflow tools).
• Build business cases for automation initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across teams to eliminate gaps.
• Ensure processes have owners, approvers, and escalation points.
• Track KPIs and quantify efficiency gains; audit processes post-implementation.
