Job summary

Jazwares, LLC seeks a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Manager to lead efficiency initiatives across Supply Chain, Planning, BI, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT. You will drive automation of manual workflows using Lean Six Sigma, build business cases, and foster clear ownership with RACI models.

You will mentor teams, track KPI-driven gains, and partner with BI to deliver self-service analytics. Hybrid on-site with flexible Friday remote options in Plantation, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is a plus.
• 7+ years of continuous process improvement, operational excellence, or process automation.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
• Proven track record automating or standardizing manual, inefficient processes.
• Experience partnering with BI and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with RACI frameworks and process automation/BI tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Facilitate value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and design future-state workflows.
• Assess processes to identify manual, redundant workflows creating risk or delay.
• Partner with IT/Data and BI to automate manual workflows (RPA, workflow tools).
• Build business cases for automation initiatives and manage a project portfolio.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs (RACI) to reduce confusion.
• Ensure processes have assigned owners, approvers, and escalation points.
• Track KPIs and drive efficiency gains; audit post-implementation improvements.
• Train staff on DMAIC, value stream mapping, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Drive change management and system adoption across the organization.
