Job summary

Jazwares, headquartered in Plantation, FL, seeks a CPI Analyst to support process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to map current and future processes, analyze data, and develop KPI trackers and SOPs.

Collaboration with BI and IT will promote automated reporting and sustained gains. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 2–4 years of process improvement experience, with Lean Six Sigma certification or progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, and value stream mapping concepts.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state process maps.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement projects using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Document current-state and future-state process maps.
• Collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
• Build KPI trackers and Jira to monitor project progress.
