Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Significant manufacturing/industrial experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze existing processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop and execute process improvement plans with measurable results.
• Monitor process performance metrics and identify further improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation for processes and improvements.
• Lead Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, SMED, and TPM activities.
• Support visual management and MDI programs and daily boards.
• Lead OEE improvement projects and root cause analyses (8D, 5 Whys).
• Coordinate projects involving new equipment or process changes.
• Support APQP, PFMEA, corrective actions, and control plans as applicable.
