Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of industrial metal manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and production standards.
• Operate machinery to produce parts per customer specs.
• Monitor equipment to ensure safe, proper, and efficient operation.
• Assemble and cut metal components according to requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Maintain production records.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Work with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
