Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety rules.
• Experience with forklift and production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental, quality, and production standards.
• Operate industrial machinery to produce parts per specs.
• Monitor equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Assemble and cut metal components per requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
