Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar methods.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor large teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work in varying noise levels and temperatures, outdoors in some areas.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
