Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing site in Freehold, NJ. You will drive Lean Six Sigma improvements, coach a diverse team, and partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics to execute strategic goals.

You will manage budgets and staffing while championing safety and continuous improvement across multiple production lines. A strong background in FDA-regulated environments and 100+ reports is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least seven years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments.
• Experience leading 100+ direct/indirect reports.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience; MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
• Leads Lean/Six Sigma initiatives with daily management, 5S and Kaizen.
• Mentors supervisors and team leads; oversees hiring, onboarding and training.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics; drives new product launches and equipment validations.
• Manages budgets, labor planning and operating expenses; advises site leadership on goals and growth.
