Job summary

EC Eaton’s Electrical Division seeks an OPEX Manager for its Lincoln Avenue facility in Waukesha, WI. The role drives manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement, guiding CIF/ELSS deployment, and leading capital programs to meet profit plans and cost-out goals.

Your team will include manufacturing engineers, CI staff, and a 3rd-party maintenance partner. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in engineering/manufacturing/lean deployment.
• 2+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Direct Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Oversee 3rd party maintenance team.
• Deploy CIF/ELSS and Lean/Six-Sigma methods at plant level.
• Lead capital planning to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Plan and deliver CI training and rapid improvement events.
• Coordinate with corporate initiatives and drive best practices.
