Job summary

nVent is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to coordinate shop floor activities, allocate personnel, and ensure on-time delivery. You will collaborate with managers across departments to prioritize workloads, adjust overtime, and maintain safe, efficient production layouts.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 5+ years of related experience with a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, plus proven ability to train staff and drive process improvements in a global

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ideally 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• Proven understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions.
• Performs activities of employees supervised.
• Interprets company policies to employees, implements safety regulations, and assists with performance evaluations.
