Responsibilities

• Support Lean initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Define objectives, develop project plans, establish timelines and track milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or barriers, and escalate issues affecting timelines.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, dashboards for visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and reports to support decision-making.
• Analyze information to identify trends and site priorities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
