Job summary

Viatris is seeking an Associate Project Manager Operations – 1st Shift for the St. Albans, Vermont site. You will support Lean initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help drive site priorities through governance routines and leadership meetings.

You will develop plans, track milestones, prepare executive summaries, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Lean Champion in planning, coordination, and execution of Lean initiatives and site priorities.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion with defined objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and maintain action logs and dashboards.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries to support decision making.
