• Four or more years of Lean Manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience leading projects with safety and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Quantify effects of improved processes and opportunities.
• Develop documented improvement proposals.
• Communicate changes to unit management and leadership.
• Support change management and training across the organization.
• Coach teams on Lean practices and roadmaps.
