Job summary

gategroup is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to analyze material and information flows within the operations unit and identify opportunities to improve productivity, material consumption, and safety.

The role focuses on Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction and process optimization across unit operations, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and leadership. Close collaboration with management is essential.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and cost improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and guides unit management in productivity, material, waste, safety and quality improvements.
• Analyzes material and information flows to identify opportunities.
• Quantifies effects of improved processes and workflows.
• Drives continuous process improvements using Lean principles.
• Roles include training and coaching Continuous Improvement staff.
