Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for the Freehold, NJ area to lead a fast-paced site manufacturing team and drive continuous improvement across operations. The role emphasizes safety, Lean principles, and people development within a multi-shift environment.

You will report to Site Management and supervise direct and indirect reports, with accountability for delivering safety, quality, and productivity goals while fostering a servant leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; seven years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, personal care, food or beverage).
• Experience supervising 100+ reports; 24/7 operations; budget management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• ERP experience and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Leads coaching, hiring, onboarding, and development of supervisors and team leads; manages performance and succession planning.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to eliminate issues and support preventive maintenance.
• Manages departmental budgets and operating expenses; evaluates capacity and advises on capital investments.
