Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Oregon (McMinnville) is seeking an operations leader to manage a site within the WIN Strategy framework, guiding a team to meet corporate and BU goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will drive lean initiatives, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and supply chain to improve quality, delivery, and cost performance; budget stewardship and people development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
• Minimum seven years operations experience with budgetary and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with problem solving and a team focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present to management, customers, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and enhance the site safety culture and Zero Defect mentality.
• Grow the business by meeting monthly/quarterly/annual goals with customers and partners.
• Lead strategy deployment for the operation, focusing on quality, delivery, and lean initiatives.
• Drive premier customer service and ensure lean initiatives are embraced.
• Manage production scheduling, release of work orders, and inventory levels in partnership with supply chain.
• Develop and manage the operation budget within constraints.
• Represent the operation at BU and Division levels.
• Provide leadership in coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
