Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement using lean tools, oversee standard work, and coordinate schedules, material flow, and reporting. Direct reports include up to 10 hourly employees; strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience leading and developing manufacturing teams.
• Ability to apply lean tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide daily leadership and training to the cell(s).
• Ensure material is available to maximize productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and visual management.
• Create schedules and coordinate teams; document issues for problem solving.
