Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced production setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer demands.
• Manage staffing levels, assignments, vacations, and overtime to ensure coverage.
• Review performance, identify constraints, and drive efficiency and throughput improvements.
• Ensure equipment, tooling, dies, fixtures, and materials are available to support production requirements.
