Job summary

DuraMark Technologies Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily activities, remove obstacles, and drive lean improvements across a print production area in Minnesota.

You will develop teams, monitor processes, ensure safety and quality, and manage capacity to meet on-time delivery and productivity targets. Responsibilities include leading tier meetings with the GM/Site Leader, coaching group leaders, and applying root-cause problem solving tools.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years supervisory experience in a print production environment.
• Experience managing digital printing, screen printing, die cutting, lamination, finishing, converting equipment, shipping, receiving and warehouse management.
• Familiar with safety programs, quality processes, production scheduling, and component drawings/routings.
• Successful application of Lean tools (VSM, CCF, mistake proofing, visual management, A3 problem solving).
• Quality issue problem solving including 5Y’s, A3 problem solving, process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day activities of employees and remove obstacles to safe, efficient production.
• Develop teams and implement and monitor processes for a production area.
• Ensure safety, quality, uptime, and capacity to achieve on-time delivery and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement through lean tools and kaizen events.
• Audit processes, manage equipment maintenance, standard work, safety/quality procedures, and material flow.
• Attend tier meetings with GM/Site Leader and report outcomes; document issues and data for problem solving.
