Job summary

Elanco US is seeking an Operational Excellence Change Agent to lead cross‑functional teams in implementing lean continuous improvement across operations and people systems. You will identify opportunities, create KPI measures, and track performance to deliver cost savings and efficiency gains.

The role requires 2–3 years in CI or industrial engineering, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication to drive change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
• 2–3 years in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations.
• Influential change agent engaging all levels to sustain improvement.
• Strong project planning; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present plans.
• Problem solving with critical thinking and statistical analysis.
• Lead or support small cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement lean initiatives across ops, management, and people systems.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive cost savings via processes.
• Analyze data and create dashboards for trend analysis.
• Develop KPIs to measure success.
• Participate in site projects as needed.
