Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Operational Excellence Change Agent to lead lean initiatives across Operations, management and people systems. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and tracking benefits with KPI-driven analyses.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in continuous improvement or industrial engineering, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in continuous improvement or industrial engineering or operations.
• Influential change agent who will engage all organizational levels and lead sustained improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to ask the right questions and present plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean initiatives across Operations, management and people systems.
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions using KPIs and metrics.
• Create dashboards and analyses to track progress and cost savings.
• Participate in site projects as necessary.
