Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO/SQF quality systems and statistical methods is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of continuous improvement initiatives across facilities and processes.
• Identify and diffuse best practices, drive waste reduction, reduce changeover times, and improve quality.
• Mentor teams and leaders using a hands‑on, go‑see approach to sustainable improvements.
